Posting this review on Mrs. Struve's behalf:
My experience with High Country Fireplaces exceeded my expectations and frankly could not have been any better. Danny is an absolute joy to work with on scheduling and is one of the nicest people I have encountered. His focus on customer service is top notch. Tristan expertly made my fireplace operable and has a calm demeanor that is pleasant to be around. Phillip and Jeremy installed my mantels and accommodated my request to the letter. Everyone from High Country Fireplaces was very respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

High Country Fireplaces has been an exceptional partner to Peters Custom Homes, Inc. for years. Brandon, Eric, Ashley, Danny, Christina, and the entire team consistently deliver top-tier products, expert installations, and reliable service from start to finish. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile make them our go-to provider for indoor and outdoor fireplace solutions.

Whether it’s a complex custom home build or a high-end renovation, High Country Fireplaces always shows up prepared, professional, and committed to getting it right. Their communication is excellent, their timelines are dependable, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We are especially looking forward to partnering with them on Sage at Marvin and many more projects ahead.

I highly recommend High Country Fireplaces to anyone seeking a first-class fireplace supplier and installer. Truly a five-star team.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our pellet stove insert from Mario. He was very patient with me during the decision making process. The stove had to be ordered and came in ahead of schedule. My only suggestion would be to add a pellet stove insert in the show room for display. Mario was even able to give me a reference for an installer! Installer did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him as well. He was able to order all of the additional parts needed to install the pellet stove and was very communicative during the process. We used Jerry at The Hearth Doctor.

We worked with Mario to get a Lopi berkshire deluxe. He and everyone on the team went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed for the install. Never felt rushed answered all my questions. We recommend them very highly.
