  We had a very positive experience purchasing our pellet stove insert from Mario.  He was very patient with me during the decision making process.  The stove had to be ordered and came in ahead of schedule.  My only suggestion would be to add a pellet stove insert  in the show room for display.  Mario was even able to give me a reference for an installer!  Installer did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him as well.  He was able to order all of the additional parts needed to install the pellet stove and was very communicative during the process.  We used Jerry at The Hearth Doctor.

  We worked with Mario to get a Lopi berkshire deluxe. He and everyone on the team went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed for the install. Never felt rushed answered all my questions. We  recommend them very highly.
